first show!

Band played a strange set last night, actually two sets. Where they normally just blast through 2 hours of tunes they played about an hour, took a quick break and then started up for almost another 90 minutes. Threw out some covers since the Texas Music Chart doesn't reach much past Thunder Bay...

By the end of the show, people were having a great time. You really see how the switch got turned during the show. Even had an Okie and a Texan in the crowd singing along to ever song, original or cover. And then it started...

I don't wanna sound rude but Danish shots are terrible. I cannot even tell you what they were but they started flying towards the stage and I felt compelled to help out, be a part of the family. I have made a promise to myself to never drink Jager again, and now I will make the same on the Danish shots. If you think Jager tastes like cough syrup, you haven't tasted anything like what they have here...haha.

And it might have also been the Tourburg beers that are over 10% alcohol.

Regardless, I woke up early and hugged the toilet with a not so tender touch. Tonight, it is water chased by water.

If Noah or Philip have their camera cords with them, I will post pics tomorrow. If not, I'll get everyone's pics when we get home and make a nice album of our stay.
See ya soon...and of course, LET'S GO HAWKS!
